Description
This heart shaped glossy chile is traditionally used for rellenos and mole’ sauces. The green stage is called Poblano and the dried red: Ancho. Although considered a mild chile, I have found Poblanos grown in the Midwest are usually hotter than those grown in the Southwest. Annuum. ID# 416
